Itching And Rash On Arm. Applied Fucidin H. Had Contact With Dog With Skin Allergy

started scratching my forearm a week ago creating a rash that seeped a little stopped scratching them and it started to spread in single spots on arms recently seen the doctor he gave me Fucidin H cream the phramacist said it would control the itch but they itch worse I haven't scatched them but cream on the do off only occassional. they seem to have striations and pop up like pimples. Prior to these events I was at the camp went for a walk in the woods a week ago, had my septic pumped, and put down my dog who had a skin condition or allergies that he lost fur and created a yeast no one eles has my problem in my family I may be over thinking it but after 2 days with the cream I have my doubts this is my problem solver. Any Ideas.
