Itching And Sticky Moisture In Buttocks And Below Penis Area, Bleeds Due To Scratching. Suggestions ?
Hi sir
I am 26 years old. From last 2 weeks there is itching and sticky moisture in my butlocks and below penis area. It is making a lots if problems as itching and mositure is highly irritating. Becausr of itching i used to scratch and then problem increases and some times i found a bit if bleeding. Please help me out. Will wait for ur valuable response

Presence of sweating in groin area predisposes to
fungal infection, fungal infection and sweating together cause itching.
It is very important to keep the area clean and dry , dusting antifungal ointment will definitely help.

This type of itching may be due to.
1 Contact dermatitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical as well as clinical examination .
2 Scabies , this is the most common cause of itching and oozing may be due to added infection. Diagnosis can be confirmed bu scratch test by dermatologist.
3 Eczema , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination.
In my opinion consult a dermatologist and get his opinion as physical examination is important in this case.
