Itching Foot, Blood Blister, Swollen, Hurts To Walk. What Is This?
My foot has been itching for the past several days mostly just my pinky one. Yesterday I noticed what looks like a blood blister inbetween my pinky toe. It hurts to walk on it and is now swollen. Any idea what this actually might be. Also I have started working out again and did have a very hard workout on Monday with a Crossfit trainer
From the description of the lesions they seem to be a friction blister due to over exertion in training. Here is what will help: 1. Clobetasol propionate cream + Mupirocin cream: Mix and apply over the affected twice a day for 14 days 2. Tab Paracetamol twice a day for 2 days, 3. Avoid scratching the affected areas as much as possible. This is most important. Whenever it is not bearable soak a towel in ice cold water and keep it on the affected areas Lastly keep the affected areas as well moisturized as possible with a moisturizer of your choice.
