Itching In Eyelids, Swelling, Cloudy Bubble Near Inner Part. What Could Be This?

My eyelids and lower inner lids itch. I itched my right eye so badly that I could feel it swelling, when I looked in the mirror the white part of my eye had this swollen cloudy bubble forming, a warm washcloth finally got it to go down, but today my eye got itchy again, I tried not to rub my eyes, tried to flush with water, and it started to form a little cloudy bubble near the inner part of my eye. Ugh, nothing seems to be working to stop the itch.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having Allergic conjunctivitis.
Put some antibiotic, steroid containing eye drops 4-5 times a day.
Take some anti-allergic, decongestant tablet for a day or two.
Clean eyes with plane water.
If there is no improvement, consult ophthalmologist.
Ok and take care.
