Itching In Labia, Wiping Too Hard. Not Sexually Active. Advice?

Hi. My labia is itching terribly. Its hard for me to sleep and this has never happened before. I feel like it comes from me wiping too hard because thats when it is the worst. The are no bumps, no discharge, and no redness or swelling. It just itches really bad. I have not had sex in over four moths so I don't think it would be something dealing with that and it started way after the last time. It more than likely is directly from wiping too hard I can guarantee it. Please help.

Hi,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.

Another cause could be vaginal dryness, it happens in some women and is easily treatable by using vaginal moisturizing creams (estrogen creams). Now I dont know whether they are available as over the counter products in your country or you need a prescription for them. That is something you will need to check on your own.

I hope this answered your question.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Itching may be due to allergy and once itching started you rubbed it so many times.
Take fexofenadine 180 mg once or twice in day for 5-7 days.
Local application of clotrimazole lotion will provide you complete relief.
Anti septic soap will also help.
Don't rub or massage , rather wash with water and use dry towel .
Good luck.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some fungal infection on the site as thee is severe itching.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Take Cetrizine or levo-cetrizine for itching as and when required.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
