Itching In Scrotum, Hydrocele, Dry Skin, Using Tigboderm. What To Do?

Dr. Prasad hii, i have been suffering from severe itching problem Hydrocele scrotum itch,i keep on scratching and the skin of scrotum starts bleeding a bit from different parts becomes very dry with tissue breaking (what u call like papdi).m using tigboderm cream 15 mg but the problem remains the same. even the colour of the skin has changed.kindly suggest what to do.

Thanks for writing in.
Most likely condition you are suffering from is Lichen simplex chronicus.

You can use hydrocortisone cream on scrotum and take cetirizine tablet to relieve itching
