Itching In Scrotum, No Signs Of Skin Problems
I have a sporadic itching issue on the top of my scrotum , where the testicle skin leads up to the groin/base of penis area (In the region of where it s attached to the cord ?). It s not all the time, but quite intense for a minute or two. No obvious signs of skin problems, but obviously made red by my scratching . Thank you.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Jack Itch or Ring worm infection.
Please wash your inner wares in hot water mixed with antiseptic solution like Dettol and apply tropical anti fungal gel like Mecanozole twice daily.after getting prescription from your Dr.
Observe good personal hygiene. It should get cured in a week.
