Itching In Vaginal Area, Tender Spots, Noticed Ripped Area. Used Neosporin. What Could Have Gone Wrong?

I think that I wiped too hard when I was going to the bathroom yesterday. When I got home my vaginal area was itching and there was a specific tender spot so I got a mirror to see what was going on. I found that the side of my clit or part of it had a big rip. I could see where the skin had peeled back. I slept last night with neosprorin on it and it feels better, but I'm scared that it won't naturally heal or something will be wrong with my clit now. it burns a tiny bit when a pee but nothing I can't handle. But there had also been some white discharge. what should I do?
