Itching On Hands, Feet, Buttocks, Peeling Skin In Genital Area, Between Buttocks. Causes And Treatment?

Hi. my 6yr old girl has been itching over the past weekend. The areas that bother her are her hands, feet , and butt. I havent seen any rashes up until today on her butt close to her crack, then I noticed inside her crack is peeling aswell as her genital area on the outside. Her thumbs peeled too. What is wrong with my YYYY@YYYY

The itching and a rash in the natal cleft suggests infectious etiology.
In a child it can be scabies or an infection with parasite enterobius.
The best option is to get the child examined by a physician at your locality for a confirmatory diagnosis and follow the advise.
