Itching On Left Arm, Red And White Flaky Bumps, Worse In Sunlight. What Could Be This?

Hi, I have an intense itching on my left arm. It gets worse in sunlight and my whole arm is covered in red bumps and small white flaky bumps. No antihistamine has helped and cortizone has made no difference with itchiness. The only thing that has seemed to help is an ice pack. It gets itchy on the backs of my ears and my right arm too, but not nearly as bad as my left arm.

Welcome to HCM. You seem to be suffering from Solar Dermatitis, essentially avoiding sunlight especially between 10am and 5 pm would help.If you need to go out use of a floppy hat and full-sleeved shirt will help, use of sunscreen lotion when going out will also help.Allergic Dermatitis, drug induced dermatitis,Sebhorreic Dermatitis and psoriasis needs to be ruled out.
