Itching On Stomach And Hand. Applied Permethrin Solution, No Relief. Had Scabies Earlier. Recurrence?

hello sir i am facing some skin problems.. doctors said that it is scabies.. i have consulted the doc twice.. it got cured firstly.. and then again i am getting the symptoms of those.. mostly i have that it my stomach and left hand..i applied the Permethrin solution.. please tell me what else should i do.. the itching is irritating me

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Scabies is difficult to eradicate until and unless you take meticulous care and comply to doctor's instructions.
Permethrin solution , you should apply to entire body and all the members in your family at a time'
Otherwise you may take Ivermectin 0.2 mg/kg orally as a single dose that too all the members of the family at a time.
If required you repeat again after on week.
YOU may use cetizine 10mg oral tablets once a day to relieve itching
