Welcome to HCM. You should get treated for the vaginal itching before having sex with your partner. Get vaginal swab tests done, urine (R/E, C/S ) to rule out E.coli infection since you are having burning sensation on micturition. You may require to undergo few blood tests to rule out STD.
Take care of your hygiene, wear loose cotton clothes. Wash your genital region with warm water and keep it dry.
Post delivery you should take calcium rich diet, diet rich in protein, iron and minerals. Reduced immunity hay invite vaginal and other infections.
Take vitamin supplements, keep yourself well hydrated, antibiotics, vaginal suppositories can be given only after you are clinically assessed. Take care.
