I have a question about skin conditions.
on my hands in between the fingers I have itching , white lumps.
I have them for 3 days.
I have been experiencing other rashes in my back and under chest in different areas near and around my armpits.
can that be ''athletes feet''?

From history it seems that you are having Scabies.
Having itching and small bumps in between fingers are characteristic of scabies.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
