Itchy And Tingling Sensation Around Penis And Testicles, Urination And Walking Provides Relief. Is It A Damaged Nerve?

Hello! started feeling some itchy/tickling sensation around my penis/testicle area,4 days later(which is today)itchy sensation became very,itchy,and I can t stand it,as much as I know everything seems right,my urine is fine,no redness no irritation,so basically everything seems fine,just it is tickling me whole day mostly on the head of my penis and that sensation sometimes varies from testicles to penis,but mostly it s on the head of penis,just as I said,and I think when I pee I get some relief or even when I m walking.I don t know what is that,could it be damaged nerve or something?What can I do to get some relief or something?I m 16 also.Thank you in advance!

Thanks for the query,

You might have developed fungal infection.

The area of groin very moist and is prone to develop these infections.

Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.

Various antifungal powders like candid are availabe.

These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.

Please dont use any steroid, it can worsen your condition

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
