What Causes Tingling Sensation After Urination, Leg Pain And Tiredness?

I have this tingling sensation after urinating. I am 55 years old and usually when I walk, the tingling sensation or vibrating sensation on my pennis is persistent for minutes. Sometimes it appears and disappear. Also I feel very tired and my feet and legs feel very tired. What could be my problem?
