Hello. My mother is 85 and has asthma, is on inhalers and other medications ie blood pressure. She has been complaining of small bite-like bumps over her arms and they are itchy. She thinks they are bites from insects ie at night but she is immaculate and has changed the room, including mattresses, and covers. Is there an association between these small raised red itchy bumps and asthma ie mast cell disease or a reaction to medication possible?
