Itchy Bumps On Arms, Chest And Neck That Disappear Within Hours. What Could This Be?

Hi I am getting small sometimes ichy red bumps on my hands/arms, chest and neck . They are slightly smaller than the size of an eraser on a pencil. Normally they disappear within hours if not less when I don t itch or mess with them. In the summer I Noticed these on my thighs however I don t remember them itching. What could cause this? What might I try to get them to go away?
