Itchy, Bumpy Dry Patches On Tailbone, Had Similar Clusters On Back, No Relief With Lotions. Remedy?
a few months ago i found a dime size cluster of bumps in the center of my back, over time it got worse until i put regular lotion on it and it seemed to go away but then it came back not on my back but much worse on my tailbone its not red but they are bumpy dry patches and now they itch and the lotion is not taking them away from my tailbone

You might have developed fungal infection.
Please get a KOH mount done,
This can confirm the fungal etiology.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
