Itchy Lump Inside The Vagina. Reddish Blotch With Bleeding Formed. Cause?

Hi I have had a lump inside my vaginal for 3 months now, constant itch in and outside of vagina going up to my bum. The past month I have came out in a red blotch around the area from itching constantly and making myself bleed . My periods have become heavier and now only last 2 days they used to last 4 -5 days. And they are now very painful. I have noticed I am getting unexplained brusies all over my body also.

Hello.

Based on the description provided it does sound like you could be suffering from sexually transmitted infections like herpes, HPV (human papillomavirus), etc.

The growth in such diseases are extremely friable and bleed on touch or friction. Which is similar to your presentation. I would thus seriously recommend a visit to the doctor to get examined and diagnosed at the earliest.

In the meantime, please abstain from all forms of sexual intercourse and request your sexual partner to get tested as well.
