Itchy, Red And Inflamed Gums, Flossing Causing Irritation, Swelling And Pain In Glands Under Mandible. Rinsing With Listerine

My gums are itchy, red and inflamed for the last 3 days. They do not bleed when brushing and I have regular check ups, I am brushing, flossing and rinsing with listerine and salt water to try to relieve it. The flossing seems to irritate it further. It's my whole mouth, but mostly my maxillary. Today my glands under my mandible started to swell and hurt.
