Itchy, Red, Hot Skin Rash On Neck, Arms, Hands,thighs With Peeling Skin. Using Sobline And Camoline Creams. No Help From Eczema Creams. Suggest

I have a skin rash, symptoms include, ictching,red,skin hot to touch.
The rash is on my neck, arms, hands has moved down to my thighs
The sking on my legs,hands,feet looks like it's peeling

I am using sobline cream (relives a bit)
I am using camoline lotion to try to stop the icthing
I have used ezma creams - not working

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
From the description provided, you could be having eczema or fungal infection. The diagnosis can only be confirmed after a clinical examination. For the same, you need to visit a dermatologist.

In the interim, you may use a steroid antifungal cream twice in a day. If it is fungal infection, it would show resolution.
