Itchy, Small, Hard, Red Bump On Bottom Of Foot, Sharp Pain When Walking. No History Of Sternuous Activity. Torn Muscle?

I have a small, hard, red bump on the bottom of my foot. I got it several weeks ago, I'm not sure how, and contact makes it extremely itchy. I thought it was a bug bit and didn't pay it any mind but it hasn't gone away. Today sharp pains seem to be radiating out from it whenever I step. It feels like an overstretched or torn muscle or tendon underneath the bump but I haven't participated in any strenuous activity. The pains did not start until today.

Hi, it appears to be the corn, and it is to be excised upto the root of the corn. So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe after excision, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and antiinflamatories. Thank you.
