Itchy Spots Found On Left Bum Cheek. They Start Bleeding When Trying To Remove

Hi,
I've recently in the last 2 hours got 2 spots on the inside of my left bum cheek at the top..
I noticed they were itchy but only just had a look and they are both red raw and started to bleed when I tried to pop them..
Strangely the distance between them and what they look like, they look like a snake bite (I know it isn't, just hard to discribe).
Quite concerned,

Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM.
It is difficult to say without examining.
Take ice cool water and keep it in the mouth for some time and spit out.
Take some antibiotic to prevent infection.
If no improvement within 3-4 days consult a physician.
