Hi , I have really itchi testicals .there are blisters on testicals around the penis and inner thighs which are really itchi.when I scratch the testical a black flakes or dust kind of thing is going off.
Also I have really itchi legs From ankle to knee,
Further I wash my public area and legs and also i'm using cotton underpants and cotton socks.
