Itchy Throat, Coughing At Night, Toothache In Left Side, Stopped Up Left Ear. History Of Having Bad Cold. Suggest

I had several bad colds last year. Since then, my throat has been itchy. I cough when I lay down at night to sleep but not so much during the day. My left ear is stopped up and my teeth hurt on the left side. I just had a physical exam and blood work and it all looked fine. I had a full dental exam recently and everything was fine.

Hi, it appears that you have a sore throat, and uvilitis due to cold, there may be sinusitis and middle ear infection as well. I advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Avoid taking fruits, juices, ice water, and ice cream.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe erythromycin, decongestants, and anti inflamatories, along with the anti histamine containing cough syrup. I also advise him to gargle with the luke warm salt water.Thank you.
