Itchy Vagina, Brownish Substance Between Clitoris, No Discharge. Any Ideas?

Hi ... My vagina has been itchy for the past week now especially after I shower or after I wipe it after urinating,, when I wipe it after urinating or with my towel when showering there are like brownish substances like dirt.. It not vagina discharge because its not coming from the inside but it's like from the skin ..outwards and beside the clitoris or between the two lips. What could be the problem?
