It's Been 12 Days And I Have Abdominal Cramping Pain,

It's been 12 days and I have abdominal cramping pain, along with a mass in my abdominal area. Is that normal. Because every movement I make it hurts and it's not a little hurt it a big hurt can't take the pain kind of hurt. Sometimes when I am resting the pain comes. I am concerned. I went for my one week follow up my incision was not closed so they reapplied starry strips and called it a day. Gave me antibiotics and some pain meds. Since then this has gotten worse as far as the hardness mass in my belly. What can it be? Please put my mind at ease!!!
