I've Been Shakie On The Inside Off And On For

I've been Shakie on the inside off and on for a long time my doctor never seems to think anything of it. I have spastic bowel syndrome and high blood pressure. I also have acid reflux and take protonix. I'm all shaky inside. Do you know what's wrong? Or is there something I could ask my doctor to try?
