Ive Been Experiencing A Lot Of Burning Sensations In My

Ive been experiencing a lot of burning sensations in my stomach since my appendix operation last year June. Anything I eat makes me feel nauseous and light headed. I'm. On constantly aware of my heart beat which pounds in my throat everyday along with breathlessness no matter what I am doing.
I've had an ECG, bloods and thyroid tests but everything came back negative. But to date no one has been able to diagnose my symptons and it's got to a point that I am really concerned. Before the operation I was fit and healthy And worked out at the gym 5 days a week. Now I can't even manage 5 mins of a workout everytime I try I am out of breath And my heart pounds quite loudly. Can anyone explain what might be the issue???
