I've Been Getting Pain In Both R/l Arms , And

I've been getting pain in both r/l arms , and pain across my chest. It's A steady pain in my chest and I start to sweat like someone is poring water over my head. When this happens I sip cold water put the cold glass of water on my chest, I crush a 2 mg xanax and and take it. I can get it to go away in about 10 to 15 min. I have nitroglycein pills from when my dad died should I take then?
