I've Been Having An Unusual Concern To Where My Muscles

I've been having an unusual concern to where my muscles will not retract back into place. For example, if I smile then stop smiling my face will stay in the same position for several seconds to minutes. This occurs with most muscles in my body to where they will start to cramp when occurring. I've developed muscle spasms at times that are uncontrollable and my fingers will start to cramp and pull inward as if trying to make a fist. If I pull my fingers to an extended position and hold for a few minutes the symptom will subside. Any thoughts? Not sure I want to visit a medical facility quite yet simply because of an extremely high deductible and this may be self induced since my level of activity has dropped about twenty to thirty percent. Thinking I may have caused muscle atrophe.
