I've Been Having Sharp Belly Button Pains Coming From Deep

I've been having sharp belly button pains coming from deep inside the belly button. The pain comes out of nowhere and is a stabbing pain. Sometimes I can't walk or move at all when it happens and the pain lasts for several hours. Recently I've had the pain come back but this time it's not as sharp it just hurts when I touch it or if I lay on my stomach. I've been wearing loose pants lately and it still doesn't help. It's worse when I lay down whether it be on my back, side, or stomach. The pain has been happening for 3-4 days now. Nothing online matches my symptoms and I have a doctors appointment scheduled for sometime in the next few weeks. I'm a 15 year old girl, can you please help me answer some questions?
