I've Been Having Terrible Migraines For OVER A Year. This

I've been having terrible migraines for OVER a year. This year I decided to visit a neurologist. I received a MRI and have been prescribed several triptans. The pain is still constant and occurs EVERY month for a few days, either before my menstrual cycle and also when the weather changes (rainy). I think it's sinus related as I have a constant throbbing pain on the right side of my head (soreness in the back of my head, ear, right nasal area, above and below my right eye). I take the triptans at night because they are too strong but the pain returns the next morning. I need help and to find a medication that will help this pain go away and not be so constant. Thanks!
