I've Been Having Terrible Pains At The Point Where My

I've been having terrible pains at the point where my skull and neck connect. Could these results be related to that?

"Ventricles remain normal in size and position. Cystic area in the posterior fossa again noted consistent with a probable arachnoid cyst or prominent cisterna magna. No abnormal periventricular densities. There is no parenchymal mass, or mass
effect,. There is no acute parenchymal hemorrhage or extra-axial fluid. The bony calvarium and skull base are normal. Persistent soft tissue density within the left maxillary sinus which is increased. Changes consistent with polypoid mucosal soft
tissue density with chronic inflammatory debris suspected. Polypoid mucosal changes along the medial wall of the right sphenoid sinus again noted."
