I've been humming really down low and quietly for about six months. If I'm around where I think someone can hear me I will then act like I'm humming a tune. Some days I go all day and don't do it. Then the next day I will do it all day. Yesterday I went to an ENT and of course I wasn't doing it. But I'm doing it today. My voice has seemed to have gotten lower lately.
