I've been prescribed;

Famotidine 20mg 2x a day

Carvedilol 12.5 mg 2x a day

Xarelto 20mg 1x a day after dinner

Lisinopril 10mg 1x a day

Furosemide 40mg 1x a day

Levothyroxine 50mcg 4x a day

Cephalexin 500mg 4x a day

Augmentin 875-125 mg 2x a day

The bottle of levothyroxine says not to take Famotidine within 4 hours of taking levothyroxine.

my question is how do i fit all of these medications in one day?

at what times should i take them?
