I've Been Really Sick To Stomach And For Two Days

I've been really sick to stomach and for two days when I poop there's a lot of blood husband said hemorrhoid I say ok well it's happen three or four times and it doesn't hurt to poop I don't strain have no itching no pain well I started throwing up and it's byle with black specks can't be food or drink haven't been able to eat...and tonight while in shower I was throwing up so bad that I almost passed out....what do I do?
