I've Been Running A Oral Temperature Of Around 97.3 Degrees

I've been running a oral temperature of around 97.3 degrees for about a week. I don't have any overt symptoms other than not having an appetite and taking several antacid tablets after several light meals. I've been napping more than usual and my face feels flush. My mouth has a slight burning sensation after eating anything. I began running a lower temp on Monday. I felt better on Wed and got my pneumonia vaccination thinking I was fine...but the symptoms have continued. Because they started before the vaccination I'm thinking they're not related to the injection. Do I need to go see my internist or ride this out a little longer?
