I've been suffering from pains in my stomach particularly when empty and mostly to my left hand side, accompanied with frequent gargling noises. I also sometimes have a duller pain across the stomach below the central naval area, but down toward the genital area but not quite and slightly offset to the left and right sides. I have also been suffering from fatigue like symptoms. This has been ongoing for a matter of months.. In the last week however I have also experienced erectile dysfunction, I am now concerned that all these things are linked - are these symptoms consistent with a particular diagnosis??
