I've been taking accutane for my red, oily, swollen porous nose for four months. It did help with oil production, but it continues to swell at the tip. Also, it appears that excessive oil production is starting to return. When I have my monthly dermatologist appointment I'm told these things take time see you in a month. When I mention how my face turns bright red for no reason and my nose feels like it's pulsating he tells me use sunblock and stay out of the sun. I do these things daily and faithfully. Any advice.
