I've Gotten A Real Bad Onset Of Floaters This Year

I've gotten a real bad onset of floaters this year and especially in the last month or so. Now I'm seeing a net of clouds in my right eye which stays mostly in the center of my vision clouding and blurring it. Have also gotten many more black spots in the eye which is constantly in the center or peripheral vision. Been to 2 retina specialists over the past month and as usual they old me nothing could be done about it. I've had floaters since I was 13. The retina is fine. No tears or detachments. However, the floaters have become very bothersome since I'm constantly seeing them and have very large patches of gray clouds now right in the field of my vision. It's the worst when I look at a computer or TV. I know this is due to PVD which is what the doctors have told me has been occurring. I don't know but I'm seriously considering seeing one of the few doctors in the country that do vitreolysis using the YAG laser for a consultation. Don't want to rush into anything but this would be intolerable to live with for the rest of my life. It is really a very severe case. I'm only 58.
