I've Had 2 C-Sections. Both Happened Because I Had Preeclampsia.

I've had 2 C-Sections. Both happened because I had Preeclampsia. With my last one, I ended up have a postpartum hemorrhage. Had to have a blood transfusion. VBAC is out of the question, but is it safe to have another baby? As it will be my 3rd C-Section. And will I most likely have another hemorrhage?
