I've Had TMJ Disorder For About A Month. I've Had

I've had TMJ disorder for about a month. I've had it before, but not like this.
My neck and shoulders were so stiff I felt disequilibrium and muscle aches all over my head. Something that is new is hoarseness and a change in my swallowing. I've heard that TMJ disorder can affect these area, but it is still concerning me. My dentist is a specialist in TMJ disorders and I have a regular appointment with him soon. The hoarse voice and change in swallowing are new to me. It feels like there is a bit of phlegm in there that isn't quite sliding down, and I have the sensation of wanting to clear my throat a lot. The swallow feels like air is gurgling down with a simple swallow...however when I clear my throat, I swallow normally. I find this quite interesting.
