I've Had A Miranda IUD For About 6 Months; And

I've had a Miranda IUD for about 6 months; and my period has basically become nonexistent. I might have some light spotting or pink discharge but no actually flow anymore...I recently found a blob on the toilet paper after wiping. It was tiny, about the size of a pea and had clot or red/brown blob which was surround by a white tissue sac looking. The whole object fit on the tip of my finger. There was no accompanying blood or spotting...my "period" as best as I can figure is still 10 days away.

Could this have been "product of conception" that failed to implant? Can you see that with the naked eye? I know the IUD is supposed to prevent pregnancy by blocking the tubes as well as thin the uterine lining to prevent implantation. Technically, if it never implanted I wasn't pregnant. But, knowing that and having the visual in front of you are totally different things?
