I've Had A Frenuloplasty Surgery 3 Weeks Ago.It Has Now

I've had a frenuloplasty surgery 3 weeks ago.It has now healed nicely i guess, i have no pain at all. What concerns me is that on the cutting area, its scar tissue leftover.will this go away in time?My brother had the same surgery and he has no scar at all,hows that possible? They used white stitches, i guess the ones that dissolve.Although there's none left i suspect some of them are under the wound left. About retracting, i havent tried yet while fully erect.Im afraid the wound might open i cant risk it yet.The whole foreskin has become tight. Any insight will be great,thanks.
