I've Had A Knee Problem; I'm A Professional Dancer; In

I've had a knee problem; i'm a professional dancer; in a rehearsal at the beginning of December i felt something move or slide or SOMETHING in my knee, while doing a second position move. i thought it would hurt, when i moved, but for about 2 weeks it did not hurt it all, it just felt a little strange at times, like something was a little bit flapping; since then it has been alot of different things, i've worked at it to be able to fully closed my kneecap, but i can' only do this with considerable careful work; i can assume a full squat and sit on my knees, but only carefully because it hurts in the front of the knee, sometimes on the outside of the knee... if i am moving around the knee, and I have exercised it (working on pulling up the knee camp, the hamstrings, the quadraceps, it will work fairly well, but when i sit and stand up, it will feel out of alignment.. in fact, i can never fully straighten my knee; it's now 6 weeks or more later, at times i think it's getting better, at other times, NOT! not sure what to do..i've seen an osteopath, a physio therapist, and amatsu YYYY@YYYY
