I've Had A Severe Case Of Glue-ear For The Last

I've had a severe case of glue-ear for the last 6-8 months. This has been a recurring problem since childhood. I've had a grommet fitted about a month ago, but am already concerned by possible repeat flare-ups. Is a eustachian tube stent a possible future option. FYI I am 52 and HIV+
