I've Had A Sore Knee Off And On For Almost

I've had a sore knee off and on for almost a year. Figured I strained something. There all the time last couple of months. Very painful now. Spot is to right of knee cap. The last few days it feels wet. Enough to make me check to see of pants were wet. I also have a sore left elbow. Pain radiating from elbow, up and down the my arm. All the time for the past month. When I try to pick something up or eat with that hand, it is very painful. I get odd symptoms every 5 years ago and have been told they are MS symptoms, but that is sporatic attacks. The last time I was checked was about 3 years ago. At that time the neurologist said at this age it probably won't happen again or get any worse. Symptoms can last up to a year. I moved 2 years ago and cannot get a doctor or nurse practitioner in my area who are taking patients. Thanks SA
