I've Had An Unusual Weekend Of A Major Symptom Of

I've had an unusual weekend of a major symptom of dizziness. When I wake up in the am, I can barely sit up because the room is spinning. I don't have an earache or any ear (eye, nose, etc) congestion.

Since October I've had the following symptoms -- wondering if this has anything to do with the dizziness:
-hot "flashes" or "sweats" vs chills
-ongoing hair loss
-pain and swelling in joints (six years ago diagnosed with fibromyalgia)
So that's been on and off, been to the doctors, been on a round of anitbiotics, have an appt at the rheumatologist Wednesday.
Then this Friday night I was watching tv and started having blurred vision. Woke up the next day with dizziness. It got better throughout SAt, then Sunday it was worse. Off and on today...but seems better.
Any ideas?
