I've Had Continue Itching And Burning In The Vulva For

I've had continue itching and burning in the vulva for over a week, i thought it was thrush so took an appropriate pill last monday, no change by friday so i used a pessary, still no change. I'm not sexually active at the moment and these symptons have seem to have come from nowhere, should i go to the doctor asap?
